We are currently able to deliver to UK mainland areas only. We regret that this excludes the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and the Scilly Isles.

A signature will usually be required by our courier for all deliveries. However, if you are for some reason unable to be at the delivery address please leave a note for the courier to advise they can leave the item without a signature.  Alternatively the courier will take the items back to the local warehouse for delivery to be re-arranged within 48 hours. If delivery still cannot be made they will be returned to the shipper.  Any consequential costs for re-delivery will be for the account of the receiver. You will be advised of further delivery costs.

Items will be despatched within 5 working days from receipt of payment. Any delays will be notified to you.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit due to unforeseen circumstances.

All despatches are on an Express Service within 48 hrs using TNT

All items will be packed suitably for UK Transit and a maximum  £50 loss will be included in the carriage insurance.

If for any reason your items arrived damaged, please do not think these have been despatched from ourselves in this condition. You must advise the delivery driver of the damage and return them to us.  Do not sign for the items as you will be signing to say you have received them in good condition.  We cannot make a claim with the courier if the goods have been signed for clean.
